i know that inoization energy is the energy required to remove an electron from an atom or ion.

I understand like haif of what we learned like i know all bout the periodic table, atoms, and all that it's just electron configuratioin the 1s and 3p stuff i don't get that like at all but everything else i get for the most part

Just like pluto , the outermost electrons are far from the nucleus in elements near the bottom of a group =)

there should be 2 electrons on the first level, 8 electrons in the second level and 18 in the last level

i know that once you move down a group each element contains more electrons in the energy levels b/t the nucleaus and the outermost electrons.

I KNOW HOW TO FIND THE PROTONS, NEUTRON, AND ELECTRON, I DO UNDERSTAND THAT IONAZATION ENERGY DECREASE WHEN YOU ARE GOING DOWN AND INCREASE ONES GOING UP.
