heterozygous is represented by a capital letter and a lowercase letter, but homozygous is represented by two capital letters or two lowercase letters.

they are combined because all chromosomes are different and when haploids combine they hav a variety to choose from (the dominant and reccesive)

well dominat traits are things that over power some traits and recessive is kind of the same thing.

homozygous is having two of one same allels at the same locus of sister chromatids and heterzygous allels that appear at the same locus of sister chromatids. dominant is when two allels are present and recessive is an allel that is not expressed unless two copies are present in an oganism.

the difference between homozygous and heterozygous homozygous is the description of two of the same alleles at a specific lotus.heterozygous is the description of two different alleles at a specific allele, one might code for white flowers and the other is puprle.

Dominate traits are the ones that are the strongest the ones that u most likely get. Recessive traits are the ones that are harder for you to get.

homozygous -two of the same alleles at the same locus of sister chromatids. heterozygous having two different alleles that appear at the same locus of sister chromatids. genotype collection of all of an oranism's genetic information that codes for traits. dominant-allele that is expressed when two different alleles are present in an organism genotype.

the difference between the two are that homozygous are identical to each other. Heterozygous are different from each other. Genotype refers to the genetic makeup of a specific set og genes. ressive is expressed only when two copies are present and dominant is when two different alleles are present.

homozygous is characteristic of having two of the same alleles at the same locus of sister chromatids and heterozygous is charaacteristic of having two differeent alleles that appear at the same locus of sister chromatids. dominant are alleles that is expressed when two differen t alleles are present in an organism's genotype.
